Dr. Anne Stella Ndangmang Epse Fomumbod
Dr. Anne Stella Ndangmang Epse Fomumbod is the Founder and General Director (Vice Chancellor) of VTI-NASSLAD and a distinguished expert in strategic leadership, organizational development, and educational innovation. With over 30 years of experience in leadership, curriculum development, institutional governance, and sustainable development, she has played a pivotal role in advancing competency-based vocational education and empowering professionals across Cameroon and beyond.
